4. Create a Free Resource That Requires an Email to Access
Some people will be hesitant to join your email list unless they get something in return.
One of the best ways to reach these people is to build a free resource or tool that requires them to input their email addresses to gain access. The following assets tend to be among the most enticing:

- Helpful software
